What is the code of ethics for mergers and acquisitions consultancy?

Every employee of Actoria Tunisia carries out his/her business transfer, partnership and SME transfer consulting activity with the necessary skill, care and diligence, in the best interests of his/her clients. In strict ethics, he/she is obliged to maintain the scope and quality of his/her professional knowledge through continuous and adapted training and, at a minimum, to comply with the technical monitoring rules specific to Actoria Tunisia .

These rules require him, at a minimum, to participate in the annual training, organized by the association, called “ACTORIA training” and to have participated in several training cycles during the year, provided by organizations and on modules validated by the training commission of Actoria Tunisia .
Every employee of Actoria Tunisie also ensures that the skills of their employees or collaborators are in line with the tasks they delegate to them.
All employees of Actoria Tunisie acknowledge that they are bound by an obligation of means towards their client.

CONFIDENTIALITY
All employees of Actoria Tunisie are required to respect confidentiality and are prohibited from using confidential information in their possession for private purposes.
Any member required to respect professional secrecy undertakes not to deviate from this rule except at the request of the supervisory authorities or the courts.
Furthermore, it undertakes to take the necessary organizational measures to prevent the circulation of confidential information outside its establishment.
INTERPROFESSIONALITY
Any member or collaborator of Actoria Tunisie undertakes to develop the inter-professional relations necessary for the proper execution of the missions entrusted to him.
Any mission handled within the framework of inter-professionality must be done in compliance with this code.
FIGHT AGAINST MONEY LAUNDERING AND TERRORISM
Every employee of Actoria Tunisie must keep up to date with the legal rules and procedures in force in the fight against money laundering and terrorism.
They must respect said legal rules and procedures, but also report to the AMF any transaction or situation of which they are aware and which could give rise to fears of an act of money laundering or financing of terrorism.
ETHICS
Every employee of Actoria Tunisie is obliged to constantly demonstrate their honesty, probity and professional integrity.
